At Good Shepherd Home Care LLC, our primary mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality non-medical home care services. As a supplemental service, we also offer branded merchandise and uniforms through our website. This policy outlines our shipping standards and responsibilities related to those items.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Timeline

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Customization & Special Orders: Items that require customization or embroidery (e.g., branded uniforms) may take up to 5–7 business days to process.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

⏱️ Please note: Processing times are in addition to shipping carrier delivery estimates.


2. Shipping Locations & Carriers

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • Canada (standard international shipping rates apply)

Carrier Options: We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on shipping address, item size, and delivery speed.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.

  • Free shipping promotions (if applicable) apply only to domestic U.S. orders unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Additional fees may apply for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or Canada.


4. Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.

  • It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at info@goodshepherdri.com with your name and order number.


5. Shipping Delays & Disclaimers

While we strive for timely delivery, Good Shepherd Home Care LLC is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather events

  • Holidays or peak-season volume

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Shipping carrier errors, strikes, or backlogs

  • Customs clearance for international orders (including Canada)

We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping information before submitting your order. Undeliverable packages due to user error may incur re-shipment charges.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

  • Lost or stolen after delivery confirmation

  • Damaged in transit

Please contact info@goodshepherdri.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. While we will make every effort to help resolve the issue, we are not responsible for lost packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
